Droid N-00R is a desktop app for managing and transferring 3D files to Meta Quest. It works with both raw .glb assets and cooked content from Chef NOOR, streamlining your workflow.

Droid N-00R is a Windows companion app that allows you to manage and transfer files to your Meta Quest device. It's especially useful when working with assets built in 3D DCC tools and prepared for NOOR.

File Compatibility

NOOR uses the Khronos GLTF format as its base
Any .glb file is suitable for NOOR
Files not cooked via Chef NOOR may require testing and adjustments

Tip: Use a GLTF viewer (app or web-based) to verify the file before transferring it to the headset.

Launching Droid N-00R

Double-click the Droid N-00R icon on your desktop

Click the Droid N-00R button in the Chef NOOR interface (bottom section)

Usage Modes

Windows (or Both) Option

Use this if you plan to run a multi-user session with a desktop operator.

Navigate to your local NOOR.exe folder
Select it as your Source Directory

XR (Headset) Option

Use this for single-user or MR multi-user sessions.

If launched from Chef NOOR, the Source Directory is auto-filled
If launched from desktop, browse manually to the local folder containing your cooked files

File Management

Once the Source Directory is set, you'll be able to:

View cooked files
Select what to transfer
Push content directly to your Meta Quest
